Common questions

Where are my saved games? On your phone. Quist Quest saves your games, settings and records on your device, with no account. If you delete the game, they're deleted too.

I bought a tribe. How do I get it back on a new phone, or after reinstalling? Open Tribes from the title screen and tap Restore purchases. Use the same Apple or Google account you bought it with.

What are premium tribes? Twelve extra tribes at $1.99 each, a one-time purchase. Each plays differently, with its own perk and special unit. None is stronger than the four included tribes.

How do I learn to play? Tap Learn to play on the title screen for a three-minute guided game. Two more lessons, "Cities & armies" and "Seas & strategy", are under How to play.

The colours are hard for me to tell apart. Turn on Colour-blind colours in Settings.

• your phone model and its iOS or Android version
• what you were doing, and what happened
• a screenshot, if you can
